Inspired by Niki de Saint Phalle's transformative work at the Tarot Garden, my poster titled "Ephemeral to Eternal" captures the magic of turning everyday objects into meaningful artifacts. It explores the story of Sophia, a character who, like a postman in Saint Phalle's garden, transforms mundane items from our trip—such as bus tickets, receipts, and pamphlets—into a beautiful mosaic. These objects, now framed in the poster, hold stories and memories that elevate them to the realm of art. By highlighting the artistic potential of ephemera, the piece challenges traditional notions of what constitutes professional art and who can be considered an artist. It invites viewers to find the extraordinary in the ordinary, celebrating the evolution of art and creativity through personal experiences.
