For Knorr’s Lunar New Year food truck activation, I designed and built a fully customized ordering system using our in-house menu builder software. The system was tailored to handle high-volume traffic, limited-time menu items, and promotional bundles while maintaining a seamless, branded user experience.

Beyond development, I managed the food truck’s tour schedule across many locations, ensuring smooth operational rollouts and timely updates to menus and availability. I also compiled and delivered weekly performance reports tracking key metrics.
